Riverside - Learning more about HMR communities

An international research company has been commissioned to build up a profile of Housing Market Renewal communities on Merseyside.

CACI has been appointed by Riverside and NewHeartlands to gain an insight into the needs and aspirations of the neighbourhoods they serve.

Understanding the community’s needs enables the organisations to target specific services for people and best use the resources they have available to create a sustainable community where residents want to live and thrive in the locality.

The profiles will also be used as a framework for future strategy and policy design.

We carry out a large amount of consultation with residents involved in the HMR programme and believe it’s crucial to understand what they feel is important in their area.”
