Welcome to Riverside.

Riverside in the North East is part of Riverside, the foremost social purpose housing and regeneration company in the United Kingdom.

We provide affordable homes and the skills and resources to regenerate the communities in which they are located.

Riverside was launched on 1 April 2006 following a merger between Riverside and Newcastle and Whitley Housing Trust. Riverside owns or manages over 1000 general needs flats and houses in the North East, as well as over 300 supported housing tenancies, making it a significant provider of good housing in the area.
