Riverside in South East - A Welcome

Riverside in the South East manages a mixed portfolio of around 3,600 properties spanning 55 local authority areas, including those in London. The Division spreads westward from Suffolk and Essex through London, the South East and the Home Counties and across to Bristol and the Welsh Borders. This vast geographical area will be managed by a team of 11 Housing Officers.

Riverside is based in Dartford, which is the location of the divisional support centre. The local housing staff will be supported out of Dartford by 3 technical officers, an income management team and other Divisional Staff.
