Riverside in South East - Anti Social BehaviourReporting Incidents of Anti social behaviourIf you have witnessed incidents of anti social behaviour we would urge you to inform us.You can log your complaint in any one of the following ways: Call our 24 hour Customer Service Centre on: 0845 111 0000 or with inclusive call packages or mobile phones, it may be cheaper to call 0345 111 0000 Textphone/Minicom 0845 1117766 Or email info@riverside.org.uk Once we receive your complaint we will log it and begin our investigation. However, it helps if we have detailed evidence of times, dates and names of perpetrators (if possible) so we would urge you to keep a diary of all incidents of anti social behaviour you witness. All complaints of this nature are in the strictest confidence. We will not disclose any information without agreeing it with you. We do not accept anonymous complaints because we need a complainant’s details to be able to report back to them or investigate further. Our commitment to tackle ASBThe Respect Standard for Housing Management, launched in August 2006, outlines the core components essential to delivering an effective response to anti-social behaviour and building stronger communities, such as accountability, leadership, giving greater resident empowerment, and supporting community efforts at tackling anti-social behaviour.
