This area has a mixed portfolio of properties with a number of rural bungalows in Suffolk Coastal and outlying Ipswich, city centre flats in Cambridge, and mixed developments in Ipswich, including flats and houses. Many of the properties in this area were built around 15 years ago and are generally in good condition.
